Established in the summer of 1975 as a sponsor of open access amateur repeaters in the central Indiana area, the Indianapolis Carmel Experimenters has continued to expand it's variety of repeaters and coverage areas. We presently operate 10 Amateur systems and 1 GMRS system in central Indiana. It has always been the intent of I.C.E. to provide high profile Amateur Repeater Systems in the central Indiana area at no cost to its users for many years within the rules and regulations of good amateur radio operation. Although dues are not required, but if you are a regular user of one or more of our repeaters, donations are accepted to help with the ongoing maintenance and upgrading of these high profile coverage repeaters to insure their continuing operation.
